Job Description:
1. Organize, plan and control the activities of IT, cybersecurity and SAP team.
2. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedure.
3. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
4. Coordinating with other departments within the organization to facilitate successful implementation and use of IT and Cybersecurity solutions.
5. Ensuring that all IT, Cybersecurity and SAP projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Responsible for the operation of all IT, Cybersecurity and SAP services in 3 IPPs and Head Office.
7. Responsible for the operation of 4 on-premise Data Centers and 1 Colocation Data Center.
8. Making Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) as part of the Business Contunuity Plan (BCP).
9. Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.
10. Making IT, Cybersecurity and SAP reports to the managements.


Job Qualification:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
2. More than 5 years’ experience as Manager or Department Head of IT and/or SAP.
3. Experienced in designing, installing and developing IT infrastructure, networks, IT Security, and IT systems.
4. Have knowledge about the operation and development of SAP ERP systems.
5. Mastering the configuration and troubleshooting of IT operating systems and devices.
6. Having good logic, analytical thinking, communication skill, and problem solving skill.
7. Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
8. Proficient in spoken and written in English and/or Chinese (Mandarin).
